1. Course Access

• Access to courses is granted upon successful payment and registration through your personal account.

• Each user account is intended for individual use only. Sharing your login details, account, or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

• Course materials, including videos, documents, and other resources, are for personal educational use only and may not be distributed, copied, or shared without prior written permission from Virtual Academy.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All payments made for courses are non-refundable, except under specific conditions.

• A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Virtual Academy’s support team, including proof of purchase and reasons for the refund request.

• Prices of courses and services are subject to change without prior notice. Virtual Academy is not obligated to refund the difference if a course is later offered at a discounted price.

3. Certificates

• Certificates of completion are awarded for eligible courses and programs upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments.

• Certificates may include your name, course title, and completion date and serve as recognition of your learning achievement.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, PDFs, graphics, written materials, logos, and any other resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Virtual Academy or its content partners.

• Users are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, distributing, modifying, or reselling any content without explicit written consent from Virtual Academy.

• Any unauthorized use of content may result in legal action.

5. User Conduct

• Users are expected to engage with Virtual Academy respectfully and lawfully.

• Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Sharing login credentials with others.

  • Uploading, posting, or sharing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website or services.

   

• Violations of these terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

6. Changes to Terms

• Virtual Academy reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.

• It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
